Jorge Santiago (born in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian mixed martial artiest (MMA) fighter. He trains with American Top Team (ATT) based in Coconut Creek, Florida. After compete in various small venues, he had his first big break with the UFC. After winning his debut, he then went on to lose the next two bouts. Next spot was Strikeforce, in which he competed in their middleweight Grand Prix Tournament and won. After a short lived career with Strikeforce, Santiago took his craft to Sengoku. He is the current Sengoku Middleweight Champion. .
