Bantamweight Breakdown: Pace Pops Tebo with Big Knee for a Stunning KO at Bellator XI
Posted By Rick on the Jun 15 2009
The headlining win by newly minted Bellator Welterweight World Champion Lyman Good had some intense competition for best knockout of the night at Bellator XI in Uncasville, CT. This was due in part to a brutal knee by Nick Pace that sent opponent Collin Tebo tumbling backwards to the mat less than two minutes after the special feature bout began.
The powerful knee dropped Tebo instantly and sent this mouth guard flying forward as Pace finished him with a strike to the head. With the win, Pace advanced to 2-0 and was just one of the members from Team Tiger Schulmann to earn a victory at Bellator XI. The fight which only lasted 1:37 was Tebo’s professional debut.
